Short biography

Meet Denise

Denise Salinas helps women recognize the invisible scripts they inherited and choose language that finally belongs to them.

A first generation Latina from Jersey City and the author of You’re Too Much, Denise brings lived experience, cultural honesty, humor, and marketing insight to conversations about confidence, identity, reinvention, motherhood, and ambition. Her work is rooted in one belief: you were never too much. You were handed the wrong script.
